The WIKA 9833264 is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed to measure system pressure in gas and liquid service applications. Built with a 304 stainless steel case and fully stainless steel wetted parts, this gauge delivers corrosion resistance suitable for demanding industrial environments. The 2.5-inch dial provides a clear analog readout across a 0 to 30 psi range, with a stated accuracy of 1.5 percent of full scale. The liquid-filled design dampens needle vibration and reduces wear on internal components, extending service life in systems with pressure pulsation or mechanical vibration. A 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connection simplifies inline panel or pipe installation.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC, plumbing, and industrial process applications where low-range pressure monitoring of gases or liquids is required. The center back mount configuration is commonly used in panel installations, instrument boards, and compressed air or water systems. The polycarbonate lens resists impact while maintaining dial readability. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance personnel typically specify and install this type of gauge for service and monitoring points throughout pressurized systems.
Designed for use with gaseous and liquid media in industrial, HVAC, plumbing, and process applications requiring a low-range analog pressure gauge with NPT connections.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial mechanic. Depressurize and isolate the system before connecting or removing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT male threads in accordance with IPC and applicable local codes. Do not overtighten the threaded connection; hand-tighten and use a wrench only as needed to avoid cracking the gauge body or distorting the socket.
