The WIKA 9833255 is a liquid-filled analog pressure gauge designed for industrial service on gas and liquid systems. The gauge features a 2.5-inch dial calibrated from 0 to 60 psi, a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connection, and a 304 stainless steel case with stainless steel wetted parts throughout. The liquid-filled design dampens needle vibration and reduces wear, making this gauge well-suited for dynamic pressure environments. Accuracy is rated at 1.5 percent of full scale. The polycarbonate lens provides a clear sightline to the analog display in field conditions. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance trades are the typical installers.
This gauge is used across a wide range of residential and commercial applications where monitoring gas or liquid system pressure is required. Center back mount orientation positions the dial face outward from a panel or piping assembly, keeping the gauge readable without additional fittings. The 1/4-inch NPT thread is a common connection size found on test ports, branch lines, and manifold blocks across HVAC, plumbing, and general industrial piping systems. The stainless steel wetted parts make it compatible with a broad range of non-corrosive gases and liquids.
Designed for use on gaseous and liquid service lines requiring a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount pressure gauge rated to 60 psi. Suitable as an OEM-style replacement or new installation gauge in industrial, HVAC, and plumbing pressure monitoring applications.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial maintenance technician. De-pressurize and isolate the system before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads per local plumbing code requirements, and do not over-tighten, as stainless fittings are susceptible to galling. Verify the system pressure range falls within the gauge rated maximum before returning the system to service.
