The WIKA 9833221 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for monitoring gas and liquid pressure in demanding service environments. It features a 2-1/2 inch dial diameter, a 0 to 200 psi measurement range, and an accuracy rating of 1.5% of scale. The 304 stainless steel case and fully stainless steel wetted parts make it well-suited for applications where corrosion resistance is a priority. The liquid-filled construction dampens needle vibration and reduces wear on internal components. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance professionals install this gauge in piping systems, pressure testing rigs, and process equipment where a reliable analog readout is required.
This gauge is intended for both gaseous and liquid media applications across residential, commercial, and light industrial settings. The 1/4 inch NPT center back mount configuration allows direct inline or panel installation on standard NPT-threaded ports. The analog dial with polycarbonate lens provides a clear, unobstructed reading in field conditions. It is a practical choice for pressure monitoring on HVAC refrigerant circuits, compressed air lines, water supply systems, and hydraulic or pneumatic equipment where a compact, corrosion-resistant gauge is needed.
Designed as a standard 1/4 inch NPT center back mount industrial pressure gauge compatible with gaseous and liquid media service on any system with a matching NPT threaded port.
Installation should be performed by a qualified tradesperson familiar with the pressure system being serviced. Always depressurize and isolate the system before installing or removing the gauge. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the media type to the NPT threads and tighten to the fitting using a wrench on the gauge hex, not the case body. Verify that the gauge pressure range is appropriate for the system operating pressure before placing it in service.
