The WIKA 9833158 is an industrial pressure gauge rated from 0 to 3000 psi, designed for use in demanding fluid and gas monitoring applications. The gauge features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a single scale, housed in a 304 stainless steel case with stainless steel wetted parts throughout. Liquid-filled construction dampens needle vibration and reduces pulsation effects on the internals. Accuracy is rated at 1.5% of full scale. A polycarbonate lens protects the dial face from impact and environmental exposure. Installation is via a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connection, making it suitable for panel and manifold mounting in a wide range of industrial and mechanical systems.
This gauge is well suited for monitoring pressure in gaseous and liquid systems across industrial, HVAC, plumbing, and process applications. The center back mount configuration works cleanly in panel-mount installations where a flush or recessed appearance is required. The stainless steel wetted parts make it appropriate for mildly corrosive media and environments where compatibility with standard brass components is a concern. The liquid-fill feature is particularly useful in high-vibration environments such as compressor skids, pump discharge lines, and hydraulic circuits.
Designed as an OEM-style industrial pressure gauge suitable for gaseous and liquid service where a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connection and a 0 to 3000 psi range are required.
A licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified mechanical technician should install this gauge in accordance with applicable local codes and system pressure requirements. Isolate and depressurize the line completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Use appropriate thread sealant on the NPT connection and avoid over-tightening, which can damage the socket. Do not exceed the rated maximum pressure of 3000 psi.
