The WIKA 9832135 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding service environments. The gauge features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 100 psi range and an accuracy rating of plus or minus 2.5 percent of scale. The case and all wetted parts are constructed from 304 stainless steel, making the gauge well-suited for corrosive or moisture-prone installations. The glycerine fill dampens pointer vibration and reduces wear on internal components during pulsating pressure conditions. Licensed trades including HVAC technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters install gauges of this type on process lines, HVAC systems, and fluid handling equipment.
This gauge is configured for center back mount with a 1/4-inch NPT male connection, a common arrangement for panel-mounted or manifold-mounted pressure monitoring points. The 2.5-inch dial size provides clear readability at close range in residential and light commercial mechanical rooms, boiler rooms, and equipment pads. It is appropriate for use with fluids and gases compatible with stainless steel wetted parts. The glycerine liquid fill makes this gauge a preferred choice in vibration-heavy or hydraulic applications where a dry gauge would suffer premature wear.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install industrial pressure gauge suitable for systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connection and a 0 to 100 psi measurement range with stainless steel wetted parts.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing any existing gauge or fitting the new gauge. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the service fluid to the NPT threads and hand-tighten before using a wrench. Do not over-torque the gauge body or use the dial housing as a grip point during installation.
