The WIKA 9768653 is an industrial analog pressure gauge built for continuous service in demanding gas and liquid measurement applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a 0 to 600 psi range and a lower-mount 1/4-inch NPT connection. Accuracy is rated at 1.5 percent of full scale. The stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts resist corrosion, making this gauge suitable for aggressive media and harsh environments. The polycarbonate lens provides clear readability while protecting the dial face. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service pros install this type of gauge on pipelines, process equipment, and test manifolds where reliable pressure indication is required.
This gauge is designed for use with both gaseous and liquid media. The lower-mount NPT connection makes it a common choice for panel-mount or pipe-mount installations where the process connection enters from the bottom of the gauge. The dry, non-liquid-filled design keeps the instrument lightweight and straightforward to service. It is well suited for residential and commercial mechanical rooms, industrial process lines, and general-purpose pressure monitoring wherever a compact 2.5-inch dial is appropriate.
Designed for general-purpose pressure measurement on gas and liquid systems. Suitable for use wherever a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount industrial pressure gauge with a 2.5-inch dial is specified.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or HVAC technician. Isolate and depressurize the system before installing or removing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads per IPC and IFGC guidelines, and tighten to snug-plus-hand-tight using an appropriate wrench on the gauge hex body — do not torque through the dial case. After installation, pressurize slowly and inspect the connection for leaks before returning the system to service.
