The WIKA 9768645 is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for monitoring gaseous and liquid media in process, mechanical, and HVAC applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a single-scale readout spanning 0 to 1,000 psi, a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection, and fully stainless steel wetted parts for compatibility with a wide range of media. The 304 stainless steel case and polycarbonate lens provide durable protection in industrial environments. Accuracy is rated at 1.5 percent of full scale. This gauge is installed by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance personnel wherever reliable local pressure indication is required.
The 9768645 is suited for use in residential and commercial HVAC systems, plumbing and piping networks, hydraulic and pneumatic lines, and general industrial process equipment where pressures reach up to 1,000 psi. The lower-mount NPT connection allows direct installation into threaded pipe taps, manifolds, and pressure ports in a standard panel or pipe arrangement. The non-liquid-filled design keeps the unit lightweight and straightforward to service or replace in the field.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for industrial piping, HVAC, and process systems using 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount pressure ports with operating pressures within the 0 to 1,000 psi range and compatible with gaseous or liquid media.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician following applicable codes, including ASME B40.100 for pressure gauges and relevant IFGC or IPC requirements for the system type. Isolate and depressurize the line fully before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads per job-site practice, and do not over-tighten, as this can damage the gauge socket or case. Verify the gauge range and wetted material compatibility with the system media and maximum operating pressure before placing the gauge in service.
