The WIKA 9768327 is an industrial analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring gas and liquid pressure in mechanical and process systems. It features a 2-1/2 inch dial with a single scale reading 0 to 100 psi and a center back mount configuration using a 1/4 inch NPT threaded connection. The stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts provide corrosion resistance in demanding service environments. Accuracy is rated at 1.5 percent of scale. The polycarbonate lens protects the dial face without requiring liquid fill. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors install this gauge in both new installations and retrofit applications.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial mechanical systems where a compact, dry-fill pressure gauge is required. The center back mount design allows direct pipe-wall or panel mounting where the gauge face needs to sit flush against a surface. Its stainless steel wetted parts make it compatible with both gaseous and liquid media, including water, air, refrigerants, and other non-corrosive process fluids commonly encountered in HVAC, plumbing, and light industrial service.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation analog pressure gauge for gaseous and liquid service applications in industrial, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanical contractor. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before removing an existing gauge or threading in the new one. Use thread sealant or PTFE tape appropriate for the media being measured, and do not overtighten the NPT fitting. Verify that system operating pressure remains within the 0 to 100 psi rated range of the gauge before returning the system to service.
