The WIKA 9767118 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for monitoring gas and liquid system pressures in a range of commercial and industrial applications. It features a 2.5-inch analog dial graduated from 0 to 600 psi, with a single-scale readout and 1.5% of scale accuracy. The lower-mount, 1/4-inch NPT connection makes it easy to install inline or at a port on tanks, manifolds, and piping systems. The 304 stainless steel case provides corrosion resistance in harsh environments, while the liquid-filled design dampens needle vibration for stable, readable pressure indication. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance professionals are the typical installers.
This gauge is suited for both gaseous and liquid media applications where a compact, durable pressure-monitoring solution is needed. The 2.5-inch dial size is a common choice for equipment panels, pump skids, compressors, and distribution systems where space is limited but legibility still matters. The lower-mount NPT connection is a standard configuration widely used in plumbing and process piping installations across residential, commercial, and light industrial settings.
Designed for use with gaseous and liquid media. Suitable as an OEM-style or replacement pressure gauge in industrial, commercial, and plumbing piping systems using standard 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount fittings.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber, HVAC technician, or industrial maintenance technician familiar with pressure instrumentation. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing an existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the media type to the NPT threads, and tighten to fitting manufacturer specifications using a wrench on the gauge hex body — do not apply torque to the dial case. Verify the system pressure range does not exceed the gauge maximum before returning the system to service.
