The WIKA 9767002 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for monitoring gaseous and liquid system pressures in demanding service environments. It features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 30 psi range and delivers 1.5% of scale accuracy, making it suitable for applications where reliable, easy-to-read pressure indication is required. The 304 stainless steel case resists corrosion in wet or harsh environments, while the polycarbonate lens protects the dial face. A 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection orients the gauge for direct pipe or panel installation. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals typically install this gauge on pressurized piping systems, equipment panels, and process lines.
The WIKA 9767002 is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC, and general industrial piping applications where pressures remain within the 0 to 30 psi range. The liquid-filled design dampens needle vibration and reduces wear on the bourdon tube, making it a practical choice for systems with pulsating or fluctuating pressures. Compatible with both gaseous and liquid media, the gauge is a standard fit for pressure monitoring on water supply lines, compressed air circuits, pump discharge points, and similar low-pressure service points. The lower-mount NPT thread allows straightforward installation into standard pipe fittings without additional adapters in most applications.
Designed for use with gaseous and liquid media. Suitable as an OEM-style or replacement pressure gauge on low-pressure plumbing, HVAC, and general industrial piping systems using standard 1/4-inch NPT fittings.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified technician in accordance with applicable local plumbing and mechanical codes. Always depressurize and isolate the system before removing an existing gauge or threading in the new unit. Apply an appropriate thread sealant to the NPT threads and tighten to fitting manufacturer specifications using a wrench on the gauge hex, not on the case body. Do not exceed the rated 30 psi maximum pressure for this gauge.
