The WIKA 9311925 is an analog pressure gauge designed for monitoring system pressure in HVAC, plumbing, and general mechanical applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial face with a 0 to 100 psi range and a single graduated scale. The steel case and brass wetted parts provide durability in typical wet-service environments. Connection is made via a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount, and the gauge secures to a panel using a U-clamp mounting system. Accuracy is rated at 3-2-3 percent of scale across the full range. This gauge is installed by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors who need a reliable local-read pressure indication at a panel or equipment face.
This gauge suits residential and light commercial installations where panel-mounted pressure monitoring is required. The center back mount configuration positions the gauge flush against a panel surface, making it a practical fit for equipment rooms, pump skids, and mechanical panels. The 1/4-inch NPT connection is compatible with standard tapped ports found on headers, manifolds, and pressure taps throughout HVAC and plumbing systems. No liquid filler is included, making this a dry-gauge configuration appropriate for non-pulsating, stable-pressure applications.
Designed as a general-purpose dry pressure gauge for use with systems having stable, non-pulsating pressure within the 0 to 100 psi range and a 1/4-inch NPT tapped connection port.
Installation is performed by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, or qualified mechanical contractors. Depressurize and isolate the system before connecting or removing the gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads in accordance with IPC and IFGC guidelines, and avoid over-tightening the brass fitting. Verify the system pressure range does not exceed the 100 psi maximum before placing the gauge in service.
