The WIKA 52910078 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding service environments. It features a 4-inch analog dial with a 0 to 2000 psi range and a 1 percent of scale accuracy rating. The stainless steel 304 case provides corrosion resistance, while the liquid-filled chamber dampens vibration and pulsation to stabilize the needle reading. Copper alloy wetted parts make this gauge compatible with a broad range of gaseous and liquid media. A 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection positions the gauge inline with standard threaded fittings. Licensed technicians and industrial service professionals install this gauge where process monitoring and system diagnostics require reliable analog pressure indication.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial HVAC systems, plumbing and hydronic systems, compressed air lines, and general industrial process applications. The lower-mount NPT connection allows direct installation into pipe tees, manifolds, and pressure ports without additional adapters in most standard configurations. The liquid fill reduces wear on internal components in high-vibration or high-pulsation environments, extending service life in pump discharge, compressor, and hydraulic monitoring applications. Both gaseous and liquid media are supported, making this gauge a versatile fit across multiple trade disciplines.
Designed for use with gaseous and liquid media in standard industrial, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems equipped with 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount pressure ports.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial mechanic. Isolate and depressurize the system fully before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads per applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines, being careful not to over-apply material that could enter the system. Do not exceed the gauge maximum pressure rating during testing or normal operation.
