The WIKA 52025A005G4 is a bimetal dial thermometer designed for accurate temperature measurement in HVAC, plumbing, and industrial process applications. It reads from 0 to 200 degrees F and features a 2.5-inch stem length suited for insertion into pipes, tanks, wells, or duct systems. The stainless steel housing and 18-8 grade stainless stem construction provide corrosion resistance in demanding service environments. An adjustable angle mount allows the dial face to be positioned for easy reading regardless of installation orientation. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors install this type of instrument during system commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
This thermometer is appropriate for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, hydronic heating loops, domestic hot water systems, and general mechanical piping where surface or immersion temperature monitoring is required. The 0 to 200 degrees F range covers most standard heating and domestic water temperature applications. The adjustable angle mount makes it practical in tight mechanical rooms or confined pipe chases where a fixed-mount dial would be difficult to read.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation bimetal thermometer for residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical piping systems requiring a 2.5-inch immersion stem with adjustable angle dial mount.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or mechanical contractor. Shut down and depressurize the relevant piping or system circuit before installation. Use a thermowell when required by system design or applicable mechanical codes to allow removal without draining the system. Ensure the stem is fully inserted to the active sensing zone for accurate readings, and do not overtighten the fitting connection on the thermometer body.
