The WIKA 50787641 is an analog pressure gauge designed for industrial and mechanical system monitoring applications. It features a 2.5-inch dial diameter with a pressure range of 0 to 800 psi and delivers accuracy of plus or minus 2.5 percent of scale. The stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts make it suitable for environments where corrosion resistance is a priority. The no-fill design means the dial cavity is dry, simplifying installation in applications where liquid-filled dampening is not required. Licensed technicians and pipefitters install this gauge as part of pressure monitoring systems in HVAC, plumbing, and light industrial piping setups.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial mechanical systems where a compact, corrosion-resistant pressure indicator is needed. The lower back mount connection accepts a 1/4-inch threaded fitting, allowing it to mount flush against panels or pipe risers. It is a practical fit for boiler systems, compressed air lines, water distribution panels, and similar piping applications where a durable, readable analog gauge is required. The 2.5-inch dial provides clear readability without requiring a large instrument footprint.
Designed as an OEM-style analog pressure gauge for use in residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing, and light industrial piping systems requiring a 1/4-inch lower back mount connection.
Installation should be performed by a licensed pipefitter, plumber, or HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the 1/4-inch male threads before threading into the port, and tighten using a wrench on the gauge hex body rather than the dial case. Do not overtighten, as this can damage the threaded port or the gauge connection.
