The WIKA 4220013 is an analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure measurement in plumbing, HVAC, and industrial process systems. It features a 4-inch dial with a 0 to 30 psi range and a single graduated scale. The 304 stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts make it suitable for use in corrosive or moisture-prone environments. Accuracy is rated at 0.25 percent of scale, meeting the demands of precision measurement applications. The lower mount configuration accepts a 1/4-inch NPT threaded connection and fits standard gauge ports found throughout commercial and residential service work. No liquid fill is included.
This gauge is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, plumbing pressure testing, compressed air lines, and general process piping. The lower mount orientation positions the connection directly below the dial face, making it a natural fit for panel-mounted or pipe-tee installations. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and mechanical contractors regularly specify this gauge for service panels, pump stations, and pressure-test rigs where a clean dial read and durable case material are required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install pressure gauge for systems with a standard 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount gauge port, including plumbing pressure lines, HVAC refrigerant or water circuits, and compressed air applications.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanical contractor. Shut off and bleed system pressure to zero before removing or installing any gauge. Use PTFE thread tape or an appropriate pipe thread sealant on the NPT connection and tighten to snug-plus-hand-tight — do not overtighten a stainless body into brass or cast-iron fittings. Verify the system pressure range does not exceed the gauge maximum before returning the system to service.
