The WIHA 33465 is a T-handle hex key designed for driving hex fasteners in tight or repetitive-torque applications. The T-handle grip gives technicians added rotational leverage compared to standard L-style keys, making it well suited for sustained fastener work during equipment assembly or servicing. The blade measures 5/32 inch (0.160 inch decimal) across the hex and 6 inches in overall length. The blade is steel construction with a nickel finish, and the handle is plastic for a firm, comfortable grip. This tool is sold individually as a single unit.
This hex key is used by HVAC technicians, electricians, plumbers, and general trade professionals who regularly drive hex-socket fasteners on equipment panels, motor mounts, valve assemblies, and similar hardware. The T-handle configuration is especially practical in applications where straight vertical torque is needed or where an L-key does not provide adequate leverage. It is equally at home in light commercial and residential service environments.
Designed as a standard 5/32 inch T-handle hex key suitable for any hex-socket fastener of matching size across HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures, electrical enclosures, and general mechanical assemblies.
No power shutoff is required for hand-tool use, but always de-energize and lock out electrical or mechanical equipment before accessing internal fasteners. Ensure the hex key is fully seated in the fastener socket before applying torque to avoid rounding the socket or the blade tip. Inspect the blade for wear or deformation before use on precision fasteners.
