It prevents turbidity, tastes, and odors in newly installed gasketed pipes. Ideal for mechanical couplings, Pipe Slime maintains consistency in various climates and will not sweat out of joints. This green viscous lubricant works well with rubber and plastic gaskets, including C900, C900/RJ, SDR, HDPE, polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, and ductile fittings.
