WHITLAM JC-BFC Black Flash flashing cement compound is designed for sealing around flashings and chimneys, and repairing leaks in roofs, gutters and old flashings. This all-weather sealant is made of tough plastic asphalt oils with long fibers. It can be applied to damp surfaces and won't crack at any temperature. Tools can be easily cleaned with common petroleum solvents.
