The WHITE-RODGERS rs100-104 is the Sensi Predict HVAC monitoring kit designed to transition conventional 24-volt residential and light-commercial HVAC systems into connected, smart-monitored setups. The kit deploys ten sensors across the system to measure temperature, current, voltage, control line signals, and condensate status in real time. Data is transmitted over Wi-Fi and viewable from any internet-connected device. Licensed HVAC technicians install and configure the unit, enabling fault detection, system deterioration tracking, and installation quality validation from a remote dashboard. This monitoring platform is built for service contractors who need advance notice of failures and want to arrive on site with the correct parts already on the truck.
The rs100-104 is intended for use with any 24-volt based HVAC system, covering split-system air conditioners, heat pumps, and gas furnaces in residential and light-commercial applications. The kit connects directly to the furnace control board and the outdoor unit contactor. Real-time alerts cover frozen evaporator coils, condensate drainage issues, capacitor health degradation, compressor trips, poor AC or heat pump temperature drop, and furnace startup failures. Wi-Fi signal strength and system placement may require optional gateway accessories for reliable connectivity.
Compatible with all 24-volt based HVAC systems, including split-system air conditioners, heat pumps, and gas furnaces equipped with a standard furnace control board and outdoor contactor.
Installation is performed by licensed HVAC technicians. Power down the air handler or furnace and disconnect power at the outdoor disconnect before connecting any sensor leads or wiring at the control board. Verify Wi-Fi signal strength at the indoor unit location prior to installation and plan for optional gateway accessories if signal is marginal. Follow all applicable local codes and manufacturer wiring diagrams when connecting control line sensors to Y1, Y2, W1, W2, G, OB, and C terminals.
