Whirlpool 2315562 is a side-by-side refrigerator temperature control thermostat that regulates compressor cycling by switching the compressor on and off to maintain refrigeration temperatures. It is a factory replacement part intended for do-it-yourself installation with basic hand tools and typically replaces parts 2161282, 2175515, and W11088945.
