The WERNER H122004 is a full-body fall protection harness rated for a 400-pound load capacity, designed for climbing applications in construction, maintenance, and industrial environments. It features a back D-ring and side D-rings, providing two connection points for compatibility with a range of lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, and positioning systems. The X-Large sizing accommodates a wide range of workers who require secure, adjustable fit across the torso, shoulders, and legs. This harness is installed and inspected by qualified personnel following applicable fall protection regulations and site safety plans.
The H122004 is suited for residential and commercial construction, telecommunications tower work, utility maintenance, and any elevated work environment where personal fall arrest is required. The back D-ring supports fall arrest, while the side D-rings allow for positioning applications such as working at a fixed elevation on a structure or ladder. It is appropriate for use by trained workers operating under a site-specific fall protection plan in compliance with OSHA 1926 Subpart M standards.
Designed as an OEM-style personal fall arrest harness compatible with standard lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, and anchorage connectors that accept D-ring connections per applicable ANSI Z359 and OSHA fall protection requirements.
Fall protection harnesses must be fitted and inspected by a competent person before each use in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1926.502 and the manufacturer's instructions. Power down or de-energize adjacent electrical hazards before donning and adjusting the harness on site. Inspect all webbing, hardware, and D-rings for wear, damage, or deformation prior to use, and remove from service immediately if any defect is found. This harness must be connected to a certified anchorage point capable of supporting the required load as specified by the governing fall protection standard.
