The WELDAS 44-7800L Alliance Premium Leather Cape Sleeves are protective welding garments designed to shield a welder's arms and upper body from heat, flame, and spatter. Constructed from durable, pliable side split cowhide in Lava Brown, these cape sleeves feature an open back design that promotes airflow and cool comfort during extended work in high-heat environments. All leather seams are double-locked stitched with high-strength 5-ply Tex 90 DuPont Kevlar thread for long-lasting seam integrity. Sized Large, they are sold without a bib, which is available separately.

These cape sleeves are suited for professional welding applications including MIG, TIG, stick, and oxy-fuel welding in both fabrication shops and field environments. The open back construction makes them a practical choice when overhead or positional welding generates sustained radiant heat. The Lava Brown side split cowhide resists heat and flame while remaining flexible enough for extended wear. A separately sold bib with adjustable waist strap and quick-release buckle system can be paired for more complete upper body coverage.
