The WEILER 93628 is a 10-inch diameter wheel brush designed for aggressive surface preparation, deburring, cleaning, and finishing on metal workpieces. It uses crimped carbon steel wire filaments, which provide consistent wire-to-surface contact and longer service life compared to knotted wire configurations. The brush mounts via a 2-inch arbor hole and is rated to a maximum of 4,000 RPM. It is used by fabricators, welders, pipefitters, and maintenance trades in industrial and shop environments where power tool surface work is routine.

This wheel brush is suited for bench grinder or pedestal grinder applications where the operator needs a large-diameter brush for weld cleaning, rust removal, scale removal, and surface conditioning on steel, iron, and similar ferrous materials.
