The WEILER 91119 is a helical power tube brush designed for rotary-driven tube and bore cleaning applications. The single-spiral helical configuration generates consistent radial contact pressure along the full length of the bore, making it effective for removing light deposits, scale, and debris from the inside diameter of tubing, pipes, and fittings. Nylon fill provides a non-abrasive brushing action suited to softer base materials where wire fill would cause scoring. The 1/8 inch shank mounts directly into standard drill chucks, flexible shaft tools, and rotary hand tools used by HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical service technicians.
This tube brush is used in residential and light commercial trade applications wherever internal bore surfaces require cleaning or preparation prior to soldering, brazing, or fitting assembly. Typical scenarios include cleaning copper tube ends, deburring small-diameter pipe IDs, and prepping fittings before flux application. The nylon fill makes it suitable for use on copper, aluminum, brass, and plastic tubing where metallic abrasion must be avoided. It is sold individually with a minimum order quantity of two units per transaction.
Designed as an OEM-style rotary tube brush for use with standard 1/8 inch shank-compatible power tools in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical service applications.
This brush is installed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or mechanical contractor using a variable-speed drill, rotary tool, or flexible shaft driver. Secure the 1/8 inch shank firmly in the tool chuck before operation and verify the chuck key is removed before starting the tool. Do not exceed the tool manufacturer's recommended RPM for brush attachments of this diameter. Inspect the brush fill for wear or deformation before each use and replace if bristles are significantly bent or missing.
