The WEILER 90339 is a crimped-wire end brush designed for deburring, cleaning, and surface finishing in confined areas and bores. Built with steel filament wire in the 0.0101 to 0.0200 inch diameter range, it delivers consistent abrasive action on metal surfaces. The encapsulated, hollow-center construction holds the fill material securely during high-speed operation up to 18,000 RPM. The 6 mm shank diameter mounts directly into die grinders, rotary tools, and drill presses. Metalworkers, fabricators, and maintenance technicians use this brush for weld cleanup, scale removal, and port finishing where a larger wheel-style brush cannot reach.
This end brush suits both shop and field applications in metal fabrication, maintenance, and light manufacturing. It is well suited for working inside tubing, pipe ends, castings, and machined bores where access is restricted. The crimped-wire design provides a moderate, flexible cutting action that conforms to irregular surfaces without aggressive stock removal. It is used on ferrous metals in applications requiring repeated passes at consistent rotational speed.
Designed as an OEM-style end brush for use with die grinders, rotary tools, and drill presses accepting a 6 mm shank.
Installation is performed by tradespeople using rotary power tools. Before mounting, confirm the tool chuck or collet is rated for the 6 mm shank and that the tool's maximum RPM meets or exceeds the brush's 18,000 RPM rating. Always power down and disconnect the tool before securing or removing the brush. Operate the brush within its rated RPM limit and wear appropriate eye and face protection per applicable safety standards.
