The WEILER 90292 is a crimped-wire end brush designed for deburring, surface prep, cleaning, and blending in tight-access areas where flat or cup brushes cannot reach. The brush head measures 3/4 inch in diameter and mounts via a 6 mm steel shank, making it compatible with standard rotary tools, die grinders, and drill chucks fitted with the appropriate collet. Filament wire diameter falls in the 0.0101 to 0.0200 inch range, and the brush is rated to a maximum of 22,000 RPM. The stainless steel fill material resists corrosion and is well suited for work on stainless substrates where carbon steel wire contamination must be avoided.
This end brush is used in metal fabrication, pipe and tube work, weld prep and post-weld cleanup, and general surface conditioning tasks. Its small head diameter makes it effective for bore interiors, weld joints, tight corners, and similar confined geometry. Tradespeople in plumbing, HVAC fabrication, and light industrial maintenance routinely keep end brushes of this type in their rotary tool kits for spot cleaning and deburring tasks.
Designed for use in die grinders, rotary tools, and drill presses fitted with a 6 mm collet or equivalent adapter. Confirm maximum RPM of the drive tool does not exceed 22,000 RPM before use.
Installation is performed by inserting the 6 mm shank into the collet of the rotary tool and tightening securely per the tool manufacturer's instructions. Always power down and disconnect the tool before mounting or removing the brush. Verify that the tool's rated no-load RPM does not exceed the brush's 22,000 RPM maximum. Eye protection and appropriate PPE should be worn during operation in accordance with applicable safety standards.
