The 1-inch brush diameter and 1/4-inch trim length produce a focused, controlled brushing action suited to small internal features, bores, and hard-to-reach cavities. Rated to 10,000 RPM maximum, it mounts via a 3/4-inch steel shank for secure chuck engagement on standard rotary tools and die grinders. The 120-grit ceramic abrasive-infused nylon filaments deliver consistent material removal without the aggressive bite of steel wire, reducing the risk of surface damage on softer and exotic alloys.
This end brush is suited for deburring and finishing operations on aluminum, brass, stainless steel, steel, titanium, tool steel, high-nickel alloy, and Inconel.
