The WEILER 21325 is a helical power tube brush designed for aggressive interior bore cleaning, deburring, and surface conditioning inside tubing, pipes, and cylindrical passages. The brush features a double-spiral nylon fill loaded with silicon carbide abrasive at a coarse 80 grit, making it effective for removing scale, corrosion, and light burrs from metal tube interiors. The 3/16-inch galvanized steel shank mounts directly to a power drill or rotary tool and is rated to 2000 RPM. At 0.5 inches in diameter, this brush suits small-bore applications common in HVAC, plumbing, and light fabrication work.
This brush is suited for use on 1/2-inch diameter bore diameters in residential and light commercial settings. Typical applications include cleaning copper tubing ends, conditioning small steel pipe interiors, and deburring port entries on valve bodies and fittings. The nylon fill with silicon carbide abrasive provides consistent cut on aluminum, copper, steel, and similar metals without the risk of wire-fragment contamination associated with steel-fill brushes. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and pipefitters will find this tool useful for tube prep ahead of soldering, brazing, or press-fit connections.
Designed for use in 1/2-inch diameter tube and pipe bores. Fits standard 3/16-inch rotary tool or drill chucks. Consult bore tolerance requirements to confirm fit before installation.
Install the 3/16-inch shank securely in a drill chuck before operating. Do not exceed the rated 2000 RPM to avoid brush deformation or shank failure. Wear appropriate eye protection when operating any rotary abrasive brush. Inspect the brush for wear or fill loss before each use and replace if the fill is uneven or the shank shows signs of bending.
