The WEILER 21266 is a helical power tube brush designed for mechanical cleaning of tube interiors, pipes, and bore surfaces. The brush uses steel fill wire wound in a helical pattern to provide consistent contact along the full length of the work surface. The stainless steel shank measures 7/32 inches in diameter and is rated for use up to 2000 RPM when paired with a compatible rotary tool, drill, or power scrubber. This type of brush is commonly used by HVAC technicians, pipefitters, plumbers, and maintenance mechanics for deburring, descaling, and surface prep inside metallic tubing and pipe fittings.
The WEILER 21266 is suited for use on steel tubing, pipe ends, and bore surfaces where mechanical scrubbing is required prior to fitting, welding, or soldering. It is appropriate for residential and light commercial maintenance applications where interior tube surfaces must be cleaned, deburred, or freed of scale and oxidation. The helical fill pattern makes it effective in confined cylindrical passages where flat or straight-fill brushes lose contact with the work surface.
Designed for use on steel tube and pipe surfaces. Fits rotary tools and drills accepting a 7/32 inch round shank. Verify chuck compatibility before use.
This brush is installed by inserting the stainless steel shank into a compatible rotary tool or drill chuck and tightening securely before operation. Ensure the tool is powered off and the chuck is fully locked before starting. Do not exceed the 2000 RPM maximum speed rating. Wear appropriate eye protection when operating any power tube brush, as wire fill can shed fragments during use.
