The WEILER 21240 is a helical power tube brush designed for cleaning, deburring, and surface preparation inside tubes, pipes, and bores. The helical fill pattern provides consistent contact along the full length of the work surface, making it well suited for removing scale, oxidation, weld spatter, and light burrs from interior passages. Filled with stainless steel wire and fitted with a 1/8 inch stainless steel shank, this brush is built to resist corrosion and hold up in demanding shop or field environments. It is rated to a maximum of 2000 RPM and mounts directly to a rotary tool or flexible shaft machine.

This brush is used wherever internal bore cleaning or surface conditioning is required on tubing, fittings, heat exchanger tubes, and similar components.
