The WEILER 10152 is a nylon-fill end brush designed for targeted deburring and surface finishing in small recessed areas, internal features, and tight geometries. The brush uses crimped nylon filaments loaded with silicon carbide abrasive at 320 grit, rated extra fine, to deliver controlled material removal without aggressive cutting. The 6 mm shank mounts directly in a drill, die grinder, or rotary tool and is rated to a maximum of 10,000 RPM. Overall length is 1.5 inches with a shank length of 0.75 inches. Licensed tradespeople and machinists use this brush when standard tooling cannot reach confined internal surfaces.
This end brush is suited for deburring bores, ports, counterbores, and internal cavities on metal, plastic, or composite workpieces. The crimped filament construction allows the tips to conform to irregular surfaces while maintaining consistent abrasive contact. It is commonly used in HVAC component fabrication, plumbing fitting finishing, and general metalworking where surface prep in recessed areas is required. Installed by machinists, fabricators, or trade technicians using a compatible rotary tool or die grinder with a 6 mm collet or chuck. Secure the shank fully in the collet before operation and confirm the tool RPM does not exceed the 10,000 RPM maximum rating of this brush. Wear appropriate eye protection and follow shop safety procedures when operating rotary abrasive tools. Inspect the brush for filament damage or wear before each use and replace if filaments are broken or excessively worn.
