It features crimped steel wire fill with a pre-flared brush head that conforms to irregular surfaces and contours. The 6 mm shank diameter and 0.75-inch shank length allow direct mounting in standard rotary tools, die grinders, and drill presses. Rated to 16,000 RPM, this brush handles demanding production and maintenance tasks. Wire diameter runs up to 0.010 inches, providing firm scrubbing action suited for steel surfaces. Fabricators, maintenance machinists, and metalworkers use it for weld spatter cleanup, rust removal, and edge blending.
The WEILER 10150 is intended for use on steel and similar ferrous materials in fabrication shops, manufacturing facilities, and field maintenance environments. The pre-flared, crimped wire construction makes it well suited for working into recessed areas, bores, and surface profiles where flat wheel brushes cannot reach. It mounts directly to die grinders and rotary tools with a compatible 6 mm collet. Typical applications include weld bead cleanup, scale and oxide removal, and light deburring on steel parts.
