The WEILER 03150 is a crimped wire wheel brush designed for aggressive surface conditioning, deburring, and cleaning on metal workpieces. Measuring 8 inches in outside diameter with a 1-1/2 inch face width and a 2-inch arbor hole, this brush mounts directly to bench grinders, pedestal grinders, and automated machining centers. The fill material is carbon steel wire in the 0.010 to 0.019 inch diameter range, delivering consistent abrasive action across the full face width. Maximum rated speed is 4,500 RPM. The 1-3/8 inch trim length provides firm bristle control for consistent stock removal and surface finish.

This wheel brush is suited for use on bench or pedestal grinders in fabrication and maintenance shops, as well as on automatic machines and CNC milling centers where automated wire brushing operations are performed.
