The WATTS LFMMVUTM1 Lead Free Thermostatic Mixing Valves maintain and limit mixed hot water to a selectable temperature between 80 degrees F and 120 degrees F, with flow rates from 0.5 gpm to 12 gpm. Listed under ASSE 1017, ASSE 1069, and ASSE 1070, and IAPMO cUPC. Features Lead Free construction and a double throttle design for accurate temperature control (+/-3 degrees F).

• Double throttling design provides sensitive response to changes in water temperature
• Solid wax hydraulic principle thermostat controls both hot and cold water and is engineered to ensure dependable mixing of hot and cold fluids
• Flow of mixed water is safely restricted in the event that cold water supply is compromised
