The WATTS F121448 lead free automatically reseating temperature and pressure relief valve features a 3/4 inch NPTF female inlet and outlet, and a 3 inch coated thermostat. With a pressure relief setpoint of 125 psi and a temperature relief setpoint of 210 degrees F, it provides protection for hot water supply tanks and heaters in commercial applications.

• Features a flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve
• Lead free copper silicon alloy body with tamper resistant bonnet screws
• Includes a 3 inch coated thermostat
