The WATTS F121427 lead free automatic reseating temperature and pressure relief valve features a 1 inch NPTF male inlet, 1 inch NPTF female outlet, and a 7 inch coated extension thermostat. The pressure relief setpoint is 125 psi and the temperature relief setpoint is 210 degrees F. It can be installed in hot water outlets for commercial applications to protect hot water supply tanks and heaters.

• Features a flood sensor with SentryPlus Alert technology to detect excessive water discharges from the relief valve
