The WATTS BRASS TUBULAR 3550-1004 is a quick connect tee-style ice maker valve designed for residential water supply lines. It features a 1/2 inch copper tube size inlet and outlet with a 1/4 inch OD outlet port for ice maker supply lines. The push-fit connection system holds up to 250 psi and requires no tools, separate parts, or assembly. This single-piece fitting is rated for behind-wall installations without access panels and for direct in-ground burial. Plumbers and pipe fitters install this valve when roughing in refrigerator ice maker connections or servicing existing supply lines.

The 3550-1004 is compatible with copper, CPVC, PEX, and polybutylene pipe at the 1/2 inch connections. The 1/4 inch OD outlet port accepts PEX, polyethylene, or soft copper tubing. It is suited for residential kitchen installations where a refrigerator ice maker tap is needed off an existing cold water supply line.
