Waterway Plastics 400-9280B is a 1-1/2 inch union assembly with a 1-1/4 inch hose adapter intended for pool and spa plumbing. The union connection end uses a 1-1/2 inch female buttress thread with an inner diameter of approximately 2 7/16 inches, while the hose end accepts 1-1/4 inch or 1-1/2 inch above-ground pool hose. The assembly is plastic and includes an O-ring for a sealed connection and fits select Waterway filters or pumps.
