The WALTER-TITEX 6280500 is a solid carbide extra length drill bit designed for deep-hole and difficult-access drilling in production and toolroom environments. With a 5.99 mm diameter, a 130-degree drill point angle, and a flute length of 299.72 mm (11.8 inches), this bit delivers the reach and rigidity needed for demanding applications. The TiNAl coating extends tool life by resisting heat and abrasion at elevated cutting speeds. Coolant-through capability supports chip evacuation and thermal management in blind-hole and stack drilling operations. The straight-cylindrical shank seats reliably in standard drill chucks and collet holders. Machinists, toolroom technicians, and CNC operators install this type of tooling in production settings.
This drill bit is engineered for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and steel as its primary workpiece materials, with stainless steel as a secondary material. Its regular spiral flute geometry suits blind hole, cross hole, inclined hole exit, and stack drilling applications. The 50xD flute-by-diameter ratio gives the Series A7595TTP its extended reach relative to diameter. Right-hand cutting direction is standard.
