Built from cobalt vanadium high speed steel with a bright, uncoated finish, this bit delivers consistent cutting performance across a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It measures 0.266 inches (17/64 inches, Letter H) in diameter with a 130-degree split point and a parabolic flute geometry. The straight-cylindrical shank fits standard drill chucks, and the web-thinned, tapered web configuration reduces thrust requirements at entry. Licensed machinists, tool-and-die technicians, and fabrication professionals are the primary installers.
This bit is suited for screw machine, production drilling, and general fabrication environments where compact drill length and reduced deflection matter.
