The WALTER 6353512 is a solid carbide turning insert in the WNMG332-MK5 WKK10S configuration, part of the Tiger-tec Silver series. It features a triple-layer CVD coating - TiCN, Al2O3, and TiCN - applied over a carbide substrate for high wear resistance and thermal stability. The insert has an 80-degree trigon shape with a neutral hand orientation, a 3/8-inch inscribed circle, and a 1/32-inch corner radius. With 6 cutting edges and a chamfered and honed cutting edge style, it is engineered for high-productivity turning on CNC lathes and turning centers.
