The Wal-Rich 2817033 Dresser Style 118 Handiband repair clamp is a stainless steel band-type clamp designed to seal small leaks and holes in steel piping. Installation requires wrapping the band around the pipe, inserting bolts through the slotted lugs, and tightening nuts to compress the large gridded gasket for a leak seal. The clamp uses a Type 304 stainless band, ductile iron lugs, and a Dresser rubber compound gasket.

  • Band: Stainless Steel 18-8 (Type 304); Lugs: Ductile Iron (ASTM 536); Bolts and nuts: Alloy to ANSI A21.11
  • Gasket: Gridded Dresser rubber compound (plain Grade 27) resistant to oils, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, gasoline and condensates
  • Performance: Rated to 150 PSI maximum pressure and 150 degrees F maximum temperature; size 3" x 12"
