Installation Notes

Installation is performed by threading the PH54 directly into a properly tapped 1/4-20 hole using a hex key sized to 0.079 inches across the hex flat. Ensure the mating hole is clean and free of debris before threading the plunger in to avoid damage to the nose or thread. Do not overtighten, as this can restrict plunger travel and reduce effective force output.
