Viper RT500N is an ice machine cleaner formulated with a proprietary blend of organic acids to remove mineral scale faster than traditional phosphoric acid cleaners. The RT500N is a strongly acidic, biodegradable liquid that is lower in toxicity, non-fuming, more water soluble for easier rinsing, and nickel-safe for use on food equipment and ice machine evaporators, including nickel-plated and stainless steel units.
