The VIEGA 50624 is a 24-port dual PEX crimp ManaBloc manifold designed for home-run plumbing distribution systems in residential and light commercial construction. It consolidates all hot and cold water branch lines at a single point, giving plumbers individual fixture control without daisy-chaining. The manifold handles both 3/8-inch and 1/2-inch PEX crimp connections across its 24 ports, rated to a maximum of 100 psi at 180 degrees F. Every port is fitted with a built-in 1/4-turn shutoff valve, so any fixture can be isolated without interrupting service to the rest of the system. PEX adapters for all ports and a valve key are included in the box.
This manifold is intended for use with ViegaPEX Ultra potable and non-barrier tubing using the crimp connection method. It is also fully compatible with all Type A, B, and C PEX tubing from other manufacturers. Typical installations include new residential construction and remodel projects where a home-run layout is specified, routing dedicated supply lines from the manifold directly to each fixture. The hot and cold inlet connections are 1-inch (ManaBloc adapters required). Branch spacing is 1-11/16 inches on center, which accommodates standard manifold cabinet sizing.
Designed for use with ViegaPEX Ultra potable and non-barrier tubing and compatible with all Type A, B, and C PEX tubing from any manufacturer using the crimp connection method. Hot and cold inlets are 1-inch connections; ManaBloc adapters are required for inlet connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and IAPMO standards. Shut off the main water supply and relieve system pressure before making any connections at the manifold. Use a calibrated PEX crimp tool with the appropriate ring size for each port diameter to ensure a leak-free connection. Do not overtighten inlet adapter fittings; follow the adapter manufacturer torque guidance and verify all shutoff valves are in the closed position before pressurizing the system for the first time.
