It is sized at 1/2 inch and is suited for potable water distribution in residential and light commercial plumbing. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters are the primary installers. The Smart Connect feature provides visual verification that the fitting has been fully pressed, reducing the risk of incomplete connections in the field.
