The VIEGA 32025 is a 1/2-inch PEX-B tubing coil used in residential and commercial plumbing distribution systems. Manufactured to ASTM F876 and F877 standards and listed to ANSI/NSF 14 and 61, this tubing is rated at 160 psi at 73 degrees F and 100 psi at 180 degrees F. The white, non-oxygen-barrier construction ships in a 500-foot coil, making it well suited for large rough-in jobs where continuous runs reduce fitting count. Licensed plumbers and pipefitters install this tubing for potable water supply, fixture feeds, and distribution manifolds.
This tubing is rated for both traditional chlorine-resistance (CL-TD) and continuous recirculation (CL-R) applications, covering a wide range of hot and cold potable water systems. The non-oxygen-barrier designation makes it appropriate for open plumbing systems rather than closed hydronic heating loops. The 500-foot coil length supports high-volume rough-in work in new construction and remodel projects where minimizing joints is a priority.
Compatible with PEX compression, push-fit, PEX press, clamp, and crimp fitting systems sized for 1/2-inch PEX-B tubing in plumbing applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and applicable local amendments. Shut off the water supply and depressurize the system before cutting or joining tubing. Use only tools and fittings rated for PEX-B tubing at the specified diameter; mixing fitting types or grades can compromise joint integrity. This is a non-oxygen-barrier tubing and is not intended for closed-loop hydronic heating systems.
