The Viega 20730-1 is a 4" x 3" ProPress XL-C copper reducer that provides a lead-free transition between different tubing sizes. It uses ProPress connection technology with the Smart Connect feature to indicate proper press joints. The fitting is intended for plumbing applications and, per product guidance, XL-C fittings from 2-1/2" to 4" require ProPress XL-C rings and a V2 Actuator for installation.
