The VIEGA 15209 is an extruded heavy gauge aluminum climate track designed for radiant heating and cooling systems installed beneath subfloor decking. The track grips PEX tubing firmly, eliminating air gaps without the need for sealant or adhesive, which maximizes heat conduction between the tubing and the floor above. Each track measures 4 feet in length, 3.5 inches in width, and 0.375 inches in depth, and weighs 1.15 pounds. Licensed HVAC and plumbing technicians install this component as part of a hydronic radiant floor system during new construction or retrofit applications.

This track is fastened directly to the underside of the subfloor to hold PEX barrier tubing securely in position across the full length of each run.
