The VICTOR 0781-9410 is a medium-duty, single-stage gas pressure regulator designed for welding and cutting applications requiring reliable outlet pressure control up to 60 psig. Part of the Victor G Series G250 line, it features a forged brass body, a high-strength alloy bonnet with approximately twice the yield strength of standard brass, and a color-coded knob for quick gas-type identification. The compact, lower-profile housing reduces knob protrusion and improves operator ergonomics during pressure adjustments. A scale and red tick mark on the gauge face allow technicians to mark and return to actual service pressure quickly. The unit is UL Listed and connects via CGA 510 inlet.
This regulator is suited for light to medium duty industrial work including general manufacturing, structural steel fabrication, light fabrication, civil construction, and repair and maintenance operations. The CGA 510 inlet configuration is standard for acetylene, LP gas, and select oxygen cylinder valve connections, making this regulator appropriate for oxy-fuel cutting, heating, and welding setups in shop and field environments. High-contrast gauges support readability in low-light or high-activity work areas.
Designed for use with acetylene, LP gas, and oxygen cylinder systems using a CGA 510 valve connection. Suitable for light to medium duty oxy-fuel welding, cutting, and heating equipment.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding or gas equipment technician following applicable compressed gas safety codes and the cylinder valve manufacturer guidelines. Always close the cylinder valve and bleed downstream pressure before connecting or disconnecting the regulator. Do not use pipe thread sealant or PTFE tape on CGA fittings. Inspect inlet filter and seat for debris before first use, and verify there are no leaks using approved leak-detection solution before applying a flame.
